By placing an order with Honey's Bake House, LLC, you agree to these terms. We are a cottage bakery operating in South Carolina under SC cottage food laws.

Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Shipping We ship within South Carolina only via UPS Ground, calculated by weight at checkout.

Perishable Goods All products are fresh baked and perishable. We are not responsible for spoilage due to carrier delays or failure to retrieve a delivery promptly.

Refunds & Returns All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect order claims.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders are binding once the cancellation window has passed.

Intellectual Property All site content is owned by Honey's Bake House, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability Honey's Bake House, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our products or website.

Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.
